Pure-Polyester powder contains polyester resins along with other additives selected specially for their excellent UV resistance and outdoor weathering. The powder forms protective and decorative film along with enhanced outdoor resistance.

Advised CyclesThe surface to be coated must be cleaned from oils, grease or flash rust.
Curing Temperatures
TemperaturesThe Curing schedule is 10-12 minutes @200 ºC metal temperature.
Handling & Storage
HandlingStore in a cool and dry place at a temperature lower than 30°C. Higher temperature may damage the chemical and mechanical properties of the powder.
Application
ApplicationBecause of its special content, these powders are suggested specially for exterior coating. It is always recommended to use a top coat with transparent powders on the top of the metallic powders. The top coat prevents oxidation of the metallic pigments of the base coat thus enhancing the life of the coating. Agricultural equipment, aluminium profiles for buildings, lawn and garden equipment, outdoor furniture, recreational equipment, wheels and rims, architectural facades & windows.
